If I put this under 'health', I have in mind the effect of unperturbed "gayety" as it happily helped spreading unpleasant side-effects in the 'bathhouses' of the Castro and San Francisco - something not mentioned in the recent gay propaganda film "Milk". Somehow, I feel, this would not improve militaru capacities in Afghanistan or elsewhere - not even in Fort Hood.
I am aware that the US forces need some extras in separate toilets and showers to keep male and female lusting eyes from each other's looks and approaches. If Congress realy wishes to address this "gay rights to serve", 4 toilet and shower sets will be needed on each battlefield - and each submarine - to prevent clashes and law suits of harassments. A bickering army does, however, not seem to me a fighting but a laughing "force".
